Our New Topic of Inquiry; Pests!

Today Auckland Zoo came to our school to talk to us about pests. We are going to do an inquiry into the pests within our community.
We are wondering what sort of pests we will discover.

    At Wainui Beach School last year we made rat traps to catch rates. We put some around our school and took some home to put around our houses. We had a school competition to see who could catch the most pests. Leilani in our class won with her brother. We also caught stoats, weasels and hedgehogs. Good luck with your inquiry. Room 10
